I've run across a few different posts talking about Personal Work and LearningEnvironments which I have tentatively started to call PWLE - pronounced p-whale. And points us back to Stephen Downes and the skills that we need to learn to be successful in this new world. For me, I add -- why bother? Just do it.

Stephen Downes commented on my recent post - Personal Work and LearningEnvironments (PWLE) - More Discussion and said - I am opposed to the trend coming from the corporate learning side of the house to treat PLEs as work tools. Stephen's very much correct about a PLE being for the person.
