Usually what I do is use Pixie to pick a color from an image (or logo) and then go to the color scheme site to create a color scheme to go with it. I also like to use other sites such as Kuler and Color Scheme Designer. For rapid elearning converting to the SWF and FLV Flash formats are important and Format Factory supports this.

The site is beginning to take into account social signals. In other words, we are using what is happening: with the content out in the network on the eLearning Learning searches that land on us and that occur on the site, and various other kinds of behaviors. In the e-learning world there are three methods I see most frequently: create a DVD, post it on a web page or video hosting site, and package it up for placement in an LMS.
