Thanks, Steve Flowers, for pointing out Twine in the Articulate forum. Use simple codes to keep track of variables or limit learners’ choices (not shown in the sample scenario). It might also be mobile-friendly — at least, the sample scenario works on my iPhone. Here’s the editing window for a scene.

Try to storyboard or plan a sample to develop before downloading the trial so you can get the most out of your free trial time. You can ask questions in the Adobe Captivate forum. Articulate’s online community and forums are very active and helpful. One tip for job seekers: Check the job listings in your local area.

I replaced all of the original content with text from the client feedback scenario I built as a Rise sample. The phone layout and the motion path for sliding up the previous message was based on a text message template shared by Agnieszka Gorgon in the Articulate Heroes forum. Credit for the animation.

I recently had a great conversation with Becky Barch, a performance consultant at the Bank, about her smart application of discussion forum software from ElementK. The forum is targeted to a small group – loan/lending assistants. Becky turned around and used a discussion forum to make the situation better.
