A calendar – Should have scheduled items on it, could be webinars (online only), seminars (ILT), online group whatevers , days you can’t be bothered, etc. SCORM 2004 3rd edition, SCORM 2004 4th edition, AICC, PENS, xAPI, CMI-5). Some type of learning environment online (I know a shocker huh?).
Use of PowerPoint in ILT and now those folks are moving over to WBT. Tin Can/xAPI - A year ago, it wasn’t universal. PENS – This compliance standard has been around for 8+ years, but several vendors are offering it as a capability. It’s growth can be attributed (IMO) to. Now it is a must have.
I don’t and still don’t understand the love for Kirkpatrick, which was designed/created for ILT. I see that folks take this model for ILT, then shove them into the online course builds and go, “See, it is perfect for that.” The rest captures the learner’s attention; I rarely see it in seminars for ILT.
SCORM 2004 3rd edition, and until you click SCORM- xAPI. You do not need to look for these options, as many systems require you to do so – and I am referencing specifically for VLT and ILT. And you do not have to go to some HELP section (which nobody does) or look at videos (which are boring, and whoa is that my pen?).

A robust system that contains everything from a perfect score in my learning environment functionaliy to administration (also a perfect score) to content curation, video management (with auto detection FPS) to the ability to accept course standards including xAPI and PENS. Course standard support is only xAPI (thus no SCORM, etc.).
