Imagine the impact of augmented reality (AR) overlays on live images from an iPhone camera, feeding children with information about the world as they move through it, exploring. We need a seamless provision that blurs the boundaries between what children use to learn when they are in school and when they are outside the school gates.
I will say that adopting TweetDeck on both my desktop and my iPhone has made it a much better tool for me. I don’t actually think using the terms “social learning” or “informallearning” is the right way to go about selling this stuff either.
