Interestingly, it's Xyleme - an LCMS vendor that is sponsoring the site. However, unless you can turn that into actionable information especially the kind of Data Driven learning solutions, then I'm not sure I buy that this will be much more than a neat thing to talk about and for vendors to sell.

Informal Learning – the other 80%

An organization named CapitalWorks [3] surveyed hundreds of knowledge workers about how they really learned to do their jobs. Workers reported that informal learning was three times more important in becoming proficient on the job than company-provided training. Vendors don’t make money from informal learning.
