I think it’s too long, not because it wouldn’t necessarily be valuable to learners, but because it would be so complex to build. Voice over for 45 minutes of branching = 135 minutes. You might consider including voice over. Voice over is an average of 180 words per minute, so 135 * 180 = 24,300 words.
