Kinect technology was not created at a Microsoft lab, rather it was created by a group of folks in Cambridge, England. LMS365 is relatively brand new and ties directly into Microsoft Office 365. While I place Saba in the average spot, I do think Learning@Work is heading in the right direction (cloud based platform). . That said, if you are seeking an LMS who can API/interface to SharePoint, then the vast majority of systems on the market can do that.

For example, SABA was always a really big name, but they’re sort of starting to slip off. I always use Microsoft Excel as an example. Like the Microsoft Surface or Lenovo Yoga, where it can be a tablet or a laptop, you’ll see a lot more stuff targeting that. And I’m also seeing certain vendors fall off the grand map of things.
No one has yet to integrate it with say Microsoft Note or Pocket, for example, nor have it so I can do clipping of sections of that page, and leave comments on a note like thing, that others can see, when they go to that page on the web, and read and leave too.
