Give people a complete guide, not a PPT deck and be sure it has all the information needed in it. Operating in the exact same way as PPT, changing text, player templates and colour schemes couldn’t be easier. You import audio’ in almost the same way as you would upload a file or image in PPT. And if you build your quiz and interaction screens in Flash too then you can avoid some of the other problems that I’ve outlined above.
