Option 1: Create Master Slide Panels & Layouts. Use PowerPoint’s master slides to create the layouts. And then when you’re ready to go, select a layout for the slide and add your content. Two ways to work with the master layouts : Create the entire panel look on the slide master. I’d err on the side of fewer panels.

That said, I wish they would offer the option of a true tree option, rather than the standard “slide” icon layout. Tutorials when opening the product – Good, but. Slide properties – I have a pet peeve with the term (slides) instead of the terms of chapter, page, etc. Record narration. I saw none.

Slides versus Frames. A normal cptx project is slide-based. Essentially Captivate will lead to a movie, not to a sequence of slides which is typical for a presentation. Although a PPT can have animations with some duration and seqeuence, it is not a real movie unless you capture it as a movie.
