Not everyone is guilty of this and I know many make a big effort not to try solving a problem with the wrong solution. And for softwaretutorials one of the worst solutions for anything longer than a very quick task is videos. Video tutorials might not be the best option when it comes to learning company software efficiently.
That’s where softwaresimulations come into play. They revolutionize the way employees learn company software and how easy it is for them to succeed with it. Softwaresimulations are one of the best ways to ensure employees have a safe environment to learn in.
There are tools available that make creating softwaretutorials easy and quick; the problem is that their quality is lacking. It’s easy to think corporate technical training involves grabbing a tool like Stepsy or iorad and making many softwaretutorials. This is natural, but it’s also deceiving.
