We failed somewhere along the ADDIE line. Why are we blaming the learner for our failures as Learning Professionals? Sure we’re all grown up adults, but a lot of L&D people are new to the game, remember “Accidental Trainers ” ? We shouldn’t be treating fellow L&D professionals like a game of “Whac-A-Mole”.
What is a game? What is gamification and what does that mean to faculty members, college instructors, instructional designers and other learning and development practitioners.
