Innovation – if the product doesn’t offer some innovative features, then they are stale. Yes, it offers the social learning authoring features – robust actually, which most vendors in this space does not, but it has added task management and PENS. #7 They are innovators and never stale.

Sure there are over 100 vendors in this industry and probably 95% you have never heard of and whom have great products that can meet or beat the big players. CourseLab – ADL SCORM certified, no less. PENS was created in 2005 by AICC as a new interoperability standard. Name Recognition. In fact, a couple are lame.
