Every company is onboarding, reskilling, and developing its people and companies need dozens of tools to do this well. In fact, the entire learning tech market is now over $4 Billion in size and it continues to be one of the most dynamic technology markets in the world. And these tools command premium prices.

Meanwhile, for the brave souls who do respond, extended enterprise learning programs can be an eye-opening experience. There are fundamental differences – not just in language, but also in philosophy and in the tools needed to succeed. Understanding these differences at the outset can make or break your learning initiatives.
All of them need learning at some point in their job, whether it be for onboarding, compliance or training to use the tools of their trade. The third factor is overall disenchantment with traditional LMSs, once viewed as the core of corporatelearning.
