As these solutions are rolled out, we’ll learn much more about which of these technology components work and how they support and influence learning and performance outcomes. Learning Circuits' BigQuestion for May is "So what can, should, or will, we offer the digital generation by 2015?" We probably will see it replace Flash for video/audio support, but it will fall short in its quality and level of interactivity and animation. Adobe Flash will be alive and well.

Why single out informal, social, and continuous learning? We need better approaches for assessing all learning initiatives.
But the second question assumes the learner will already have a budget to spend, and that means your task is the much easier one of convincing them to spend it with you instead of someone else. This is a bigquestion and one that’s especially easy to overlook as you’re planning your content.
