We all know that great leaders gain skills through learning and experience, but high-performing teams are always led by leaders who wear a coach hat. The role of a coach is quite important- they interact with their teams to unlock their potential and communicate clear business goals to build trust and drive innovation.
Blogging, presenting, and other forms of sharing expertise I spend a lot of time writing and speaking about scenario-based learning, instructional design, and other topics. Last year, I spent about 10 hours each month on my blog. 75% of those found me via my blog; the rest found me on LinkedIn.
I use Zoom for live delivery of coaching and training. WordPress has been my tool of choice for blogging for nearly 15 years. In addition, my blog is a place where I try to help others learn.
