Here is the good news: We’ve made tremendous strides in finding our way out of using instructor-led training to solve every business problem, and, as technology stacks evolve, we’re doing a better job of embedding performance-enabling assets closer to our employees.
This is good news, but it still shows a concern. The good news is that the percentage of those indicating executives were driving the implementation is down considerably. We are reminded of a scenario we recently experienced with a CLO who started ROI implementation and alerted the management team that they were going down this path.
