I’ve had the opportunity to be interviewed on some wonderful podcasts over the last few years. The Labor Market is changing fast. In the words of The Economist, the job market is churning. My conversations with HR executives reinforce this trend. As I describe in my podcast , we have to rethink the idea of “building a talent supply chain.” What are all these jobs? Economists call this forced automation.
