Classes, courses and curricula – structured learning events – don’t provide all the tools in the toolkit. In a recent webinar I discussed some very interesting data from the Corporate Leadership Council’s ‘Training Effectiveness Dashboard’ study with participants. Most people get it. This is the ‘20’ part of the 70:20:10 model.
