Peer-to-peer learning is a collaborative approach where employees learn from one another through shared experiences, not just formal training sessions. It encourages employees to teach, offer feedback and build leadership skills in a natural, everyday settingoften in small groups or peer mentoring setups.
A recent CIPD report into professional learning and development found that 98% of L&D practitioners wanted to create a positive learningculture. What is a learningculture? If we take that CIPD figure at face value, then having a learningculture is clearly a good thing.
Existing Operational Factors Operational aspects such as workplace culture and existing learning management systems significantly influence L&D plans.
