When I participate in events like the 2018 Adobe eLearningConference , we call them speaking engagements, and that’s certainly part of it. My YouTube tutorials are often five to ten minutes of instruction, but what I do at the Adobe Live Events is a full hour of demonstration (I don’t use PowerPoint).
I have even sat with people assisting them with setting up an account and given one on one tutorials on using Twitter. Attending tweetchats, which are great learning events. Typically, they are fast and fun learning events. Participate in the back channel of a conference, while attending or from afar.
I’m not just a speaker at the upcoming Adobe eLearningConference in Washington DC on March 13th, 2019, but I’m also an attendee.
