Several of the LMS vendors appear more than once, such as Oracle. Most of the time (as is the case with Oracle) these are different products. The problem with the global employee learning solutions market is that the big, boring talent management LMSs we just mentioned are the standard for managing enterprise-wide learning complexity. Trying to proactively dislodge Cornerstone, SumTotal, Saba, SuccessFactors or Oracle as a business model is a fool’s errand.
