Personalized Learning Paths: Recent events have caused big changes in the way we work and how businesses engage with customers. This makes it easier for employees to access and utilize training on the job without disrupting their workflow. However, three custom eLearning trends will truly help launch organizations forward this year.

I have several upcoming events scheduled for the next few months, both online and in person. Most of my speaking engagements are related to scenarios for learning, but I also have events on workflow learning and instructional design careers scheduled. This event is free to LDA members or $25 for non-members.
A number of job seekers and transitioning teachers have asked about professional organizations to help people gain skills and network. I recommend that everyone interested in instructional design and elearning at least sign up for a free membership level, even if you aren’t able to attend any paid events.
