I have included Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation in every proposal I have ever written, and I wanted to hear from Kirkpatrick himself regarding his take on the current state of evaluation and whether his four levels are still viable. Well, based on where Kirkpatrick and his son James are today, I was completely wrong.

Second, outside of the learning environment, we can use the wealth of socialmedia and collaborative tools we have available to use to help keep that new learning at the forefront. Perhaps delivering training in smaller chunks and repeating information in an organized way to assist the memory encoding process would help allow for this.
