It sounds like Weejee is growing quickly with Ian and Tracy at the helm, but they too are frustrated with the slow adoption of informal learning. Wikis are an easy place to start the promotion of collaborative learningspaces, and clients seem to be willing and able to accept this informal tool into their everyday lives.
One of the great things about what I do is getting to meet and work with really thoughtful and creative people and the other day, I got a chance to brainstorm with a group of great people on the topic of VirtualWorld Implementations. Why invest in 3D learningspaces? It is learning by doing.
