Through a fortunate happenstance, I came across Jing : a very simple screencast tool that would incorporate voiceovers.

A low-cost microphone and a quiet place to record can make a huge difference. However, there was also an appetite for longer videos of up to 20 minutes. Don’t forget the audio!
