It has been several years since I last added mytop10tools for learning as part of Jane Hart’s annual survey. Some of these are my personal learningtools; others are what I use to create learning for others. You can vote for your top10tools for learning until August 26.

In order to figure it out, we have to consider several factors: the overall size of the scenario, the complexity of the branching structure, the amount of multimedia, the difficulty of any triggers or programming, and the tools used. Too many people focus on features now, and on top of that, what the vendor says is coming. . Well, here we are.
