xAPI – Often referred by vendors as Tin Can (the proper term is xAPI). I recommend you wanting xAPI for your system. A very good tool will require the learner to either scan/photograph their driver license (not a fan of this), or capture a photo of them through their web cam. Is not the same as an API integration.
