They used UStream for the audio, in addition to the typical phone line. I know I’m a little late to the party, but this is actually the first time I’ve used UStream. I’m liveblogging the webinar Growing in a Down Market with PBwiki. My comments are in italics. Presenter: Teo Mayes, CTO RMC Vanguard. So far, so good!
We are using UStream as our streaming provider, so specific comments related to that service would be appreciated. The post Streamed Video in a Web Object (UStream) appeared first on eLearning.
Skype is involved and also ustream. A weekly online radio show, of course, with a focus on Instructional Design. How do I listen in or participate? I'm not exactly sure yet. I think you go to www.edtechtalk.com. When does it happen? Fridays at noon eastern time, beginning January 8, 2009. Who's involved?

Over the last few years I took the first hour of my training and did a Ustream video so people anywhere can watch it online. They can be paid a little more if they do special things, like singing or magic tricks. Do you have any DIY training materials for people who can’t attend the sessions?
Half an hour later I'd sketched out a general approach to my session, a way to structure it, questions to ask during it, and tools to support it (I forgot about Ustream TV, and didn't think to ask people to put their Twitter handles on their name badges.).
I just tried out Ustream and it works GREAT. It seemed like a good thing to do since I wanted to point out 2 new apps. Ustream.tv and WebEx These 2 apps alone take mobile learning to a whole new level. It's only on wifi right now but that's okay.
What is more they are all free, which makes them very useful for those on a low (or non-existent) budget or simply for experimentation and exploration of the widening e-learning space. Check out the list and try something new! Several tools caught my eye. I’m going to take a look at these in the next week: Jing. Thanks, Jane!
