It has helped me to develop my personal learning network (PLN) and enabled my PKM. Given this VUCA world, it is imperative for and incumbent on all of us to remain learning agile and relevant. We run the risk of suffering from a “frog in the well” syndrome and fail to see signs and symptoms of change.
